G. Kuchar-Haas, Board Certified Acupuncture Physician, retired in 2001,
didn’t like retirement, and decided
at age 60 to embark on a new career in acupuncture. He studied pre-med
in Canton, Ohio before transferring to an Acupuncture college in
Florida in 2003. He attended East West College of Natural Medicine in
Sarasota,
Florida, transferring to Florida College of Integrative Medicine
in Orlando and graduating from there in 2006.
Ken. Kuchar-Haas is also a psychologist, a reflexologist, a Thought
Field therapist, & a Clinical Hypnotherapist. His true love is
ACUPUNCTURE because he has seen so many people benefit from the treatments.
He has helped many people with carpal tunnel syndrome. It goes away
in a few treatments, and the person does NOT have to have surgery
or take drugs. He has helped people with arthritis, diabetes, memory
problems, depression, anxiety, insomnia, dizziness, hormone imbalance,
PMS, menopausal symptoms, trigeminal neuralgia, TMJ, migraine headaches,
colds, flu, bronchitis, earaches, sinusitis, constipation, diarrhea,
high cholesterol, tennis elbow, frozen shoulder, sciatica, low back
pain, neck pain, fibromyalgia, and many more disorders.
Acupuncture helps stroke victims with post-stroke paralysis, helps
with any kind of pain, helps ear, nose, & throat disorders, respiratory
disorders, gastrointestinal disorders, circulatory disorders, urogenital
disorders, gynecological disorders, musculoskeletal disorders, psychoemotional
and neurological disorders, and many other disorders. Acupuncture
has been used for many centuries throughout Asia to treat hundreds
of other problems.
Acupuncture is extremely safe. The needles are typically not much
thicker than a human hair and are sterile and disposable. It is nothing
like receiving an ordinary injection. In some cases, you will not
even know the needles are in place. Most people find acupuncture
relaxing and fall asleep during treatment.
The duration of treatments depends on the severity and nature of
your complaint. You may need only a single treatment for an acute
condition or a series of 5 – 10 treatments may resolve many
chronic problems. Some degenerative conditions may require many treatments
over time.
Acupuncture is a licensed and regulated health care profession.
The National Commission for the Certification of Acupuncture & Oriental
Medicine (NCCAOM) certifies acupuncturists.
